New available 3.6L Engine
Cadillac SRX owners enjoyed the power the 3.0L V6 engine provided them. The new Cadillac XT5 takes it one step further, offering a more powerful 3.6L V6 with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Just like the SRX, the new XT5 is available in all-wheel drive, providing excellent handling on the road and also acceleration off the line. If the engine is truly the heart and soul of a vehicle than the SRX lives on with some improvements in the new XT5.
More Room, Same Footprint
The Cadillac SRX had tremendous interior storage with up to 61 cubic feet of cargo space and seating for up to five. The new Cadillac XT5 also offers seating for up to five but increases the cargo space to 63 cubic feet. The most impressive part is the XT5 is the same size as the SRX. The new, more efficient interior is another example of how the Cadillac XT5 is a truly worthy successor for the Cadillac SRX.
